When will my order ship?
- Standard shipping: We pack these orders within 1-3 weekdays and then shipping typically takes 1-4 business days, depending on where you live. So keep in mind that depending on the timing of your order, it can take up to seven days total to arrive at your doorstep. Packages are not shipped out on the weekends, so orders placed Friday - Sunday will be packaged on Monday or Tuesday. We don't ship out on holidays.

What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?
- Unfortunately, we can't edit or cancel orders once they're placed because we process them so quickly.
I placed my order but my address is wrong - what can I do?
- Contact our team at Tribalhookkombucha@gmail.com and we will see if we are able to change your address before your order has been processed.
What do I do if the product is damaged or my order is incorrect?
Email us with the details and a photo of the damaged/incorrect order.
